About me
I’m Popi Iatrou, a psychologist, artist, and holistic practitioner with a passion for guiding people through life’s transitions. With over two decades of experience in psychology, I integrate evidence-based therapy with somatic healing, creative expression, and mindfulness. My approach is heart-centred, intuitive, and designed to honour the mind-body connection.
I work with people who are ready to move beyond people-pleasing, self-doubt, and burnout. Many of my clients are navigating perimenopause or menopause, seeking a deeper understanding of themselves, and longing to live with more freedom and authenticity.
