What is this playlist?

This is a free guided visualisation and meditation album, designed especially to support EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy. It’s intended as a gentle tool to help you install positive emotional states — preparing your mind and body to engage more safely and effectively with EMDR therapy. Why You Might Use It

EMDR involves navigating challenging memories, emotions and body responses. To do that well, having a stable, positive base state can make a big difference. This playlist is designed to help:

  • Anchor calming, grounded states before a session
